Welcome to The Mane Project! I’m Ashley, a dedicated hair extension specialist with nine years of experience and five certifications under my belt. My journey in the beauty industry is fueled by a passion for helping women restore their confidence through beautiful, natural-looking hair extensions. Specializing in Beaded Weft, Nanobead, and my custom Hybrid Beaded methods, I take pride in delivering personalized, damage-free solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I understand the struggles of hair loss and thinning firsthand. After having my daughter six years ago, I experienced significant postpartum hair loss and never thought I would regain the volume. Through diligent work on scalp health, using quality products, and maintaining a good routine, my hair has been thriving. Now, I only wear two rows of extensions, the least I’ve worn in years, and I feel confident in my hair health journey. With the knowledge and personal experience I've accumulated throughout my career, I am confident in assisting you in reaching similar outcomes. While I specialize in hair extensions, I place great importance on scalp and natural hair health as they are a package deal.

THE CONSULTATION
Consultations are the first step in the Hair Extension process. This appointment gives us the opportunity to meet in person to discuss your goals and to do an assessment of your natural hair. The consultation is very informative and goes into detail about your scalp, natural hair, lifestyle and so on. Together, we will determine the most suitable method for you, and select the perfect tones. Following that, we will decide on your ideal length and volume to seamlessly achieve your desired outcome.

ORDER THE HAIR
After the consultation and gathering all essential details, we move forward with placing the hair order. To secure the extension order, a 50% deposit is needed. The process is quick, and usually, the hair arrives within 2-4 business days if the tones are available in stock.

THE DETAILS
It's all about the details. I am committed to safeguarding your investment, which is why I have created a comprehensive aftercare guide to ensure you have all the information you need to properly maintain your new extensions. Additionally, you’ll be prepared on how to arrive to your installation so that your install goes according to plan.

INSTALLATION DAY
The day has finally arrived, and the excitement is REAL. Every set of hair extensions are washed before each installation. This practice allows me to assess them in their natural state, with fullness, rather than flattened during shipping. Our aim is to ensure precise placement for optimal blending, resulting in a seamlessly natural look every time you leave.

YOUR MAINTENANCE
​Before leaving your installation, it's always advisable to schedule your maintenance appointment. The timing for this appointment varies based on the method you have installed. This is clarified during the consultation process. Along side you loving your hair, my primary focus is to ensure we’re protecting your natural hair while wearing extensions.
